主要任务和职责

1、机械工程或机械类、力学、车辆工程专业硕士及以上，会VB编程；

2、2年以上CAE分析工作经验，2年以上汽车零部件公司工作经验；

3、熟悉CAE领域的前沿应用技术、相关领域的流程、理论和方法；

4、组织技术领域的应用研究、CAE发展规划及战略分析；

5、熟悉复杂分析项目的流程和要点；熟悉试验验证的方法和手段；

6、根据实际问题建立有限元模型，对各总成、零部件进行刚度、强度、模态等分析，并撰写分析报告；

7、产品的结构改进与优化，产品开发设计模拟验证、分析结果，提出设计改进建议；

8、与试验部门协商确定试验方案，并对试验和仿真结果进行比较与分析，并提出改进建议。

Majortasks and responsibilities

1.Master’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or enginery, dynamics, vehicleengineering;

Experience:

2.Morethan 2 years of CAE work experience, more than 2 years work experience in automobileparts company;

3.Befamiliar with the cutting-edge application technology in the field of CAE, aswell as the process, theory and method in related fields;

4.Orgnizeapplication research in the field of CAE technology, CAE development planningand strategic analysis;

5.Familiarwith the process and key points of complicated analysis projects; Familiar withtest verification methods and means;

6.Builtthe finite element model according to practical problems, analyze thestiffness, strength and modal of each assembly and parts, write the analysisreport;

7.Productstructure improvement and optimization, product development and designsimulation verification and analysis results, put forward design improvement suggestions;

8.Negotiatewith the test department to determine the test plan, compare the simulationwith test result, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
