Responsibilities:
1.Support National Training Manager on yearly training plan preparation
2.Coordinate all training preparation and facilitation
3.Draft and prepare training materials
4.Delivery good quality training to customer both class room and on site
5.Monitor evaluation and feedback from customers and adjust programs with National Training Manager accordingly
6.Work with sales team to improve customer shop level productivity and effectiveness

Requirements:
1.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience on training delivery
2.Understanding of L&D policies and tools
3.University degree
4.Good PC skill, Knowledge of Microsoft Office
