采购工程师/ Procurement Engineer

职位描述/ Job description

• 负责采购管理体系及制度建设 ；
• Responsible for the construction of procurement management system and system

• 供应商开发管理 ；
• Supplier development management;
• 采购成本控制 ；
• Purchase cost control;
• 负责库存与呆料管理 ;
• Responsible for inventory and dead material management;
• 负责协助其它部门工作，并承办公司领导交办的其他工作。
• To assist other departments and undertake other tasks assigned by leaders of the company.

职位要求Job requirements:

• 供应链、机电类相关专业大专以上学历，3年以上电子电气、电缆、五金类等相关采购工作经验；
• College degree or above in supply chain, mechanical and electrical related major, more than 3 years of purchasing experience in electronic, electrical, cable, hardware and other related fields;
• 有较强的谈判能力、应变能力、分析判断能力及计划能力；
• Strong negotiation ability, adaptability, analysis and judgment ability and planning ability;
• 有一定采购管理、财务管理、成本管理、质量管理的理念；
• Have some ideas of purchasing management, financial management, cost management and quality management;

• 有较强的成本意识，工作责任心强，具备良好的职业道德；
• Strong sense of cost, strong sense of responsibility and good professional ethics;
• 有环保企业电气标准件采购经验优先考虑。
• Experience in purchasing electrical standard parts in environmental protection

enterprises is preferred.
