所需技能/知识Requirements:

· 较强的中英文写作能力；
Strong Chinese and English writing ability;

· 熟悉并喜爱欧美娱乐明星艺人；
Familiar and interested in European/American entertainers;

· 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力；
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill;

· 良好的社交媒体分析理解能力；
Good understanding and analyze skill in social media;

· 积极主动，富有创造力，观察力强，富有洞察力；
Proactive, creative, strong observation and insight skill;

· 精通Word，Excel和PowerPoint。
Excellent in Microsoft office.

经验要求Experience:

· 英语、翻译、广告、市场营销专业本科及以上学历；
English, translation, advertising, marketing or related degrees or above;

· 至少3年在数字媒体、社交媒体管理方面的经验。有4A公司工作经验者优先；

Search for KOL related to customers and establish good relationship with them

· 寻找和客户有关的KOL并与他们建立良好的合作关系

Search and evaluate emerging social platforms or forums

· 找寻并评估新兴的社交平台或者是论坛

Manage Media platforms

· 付费媒体管理

Provide monthly and quarterly reports, including data analysis
