职位描述

A.Primary purpose of role:

Partner with Costa China business and lead the relevant work streams to take on the end-to-end responsibility for delivery of IT solutions on Express and PTS, including identification, prioritization and implementation of new data capabilities and be responsible for on-going support. 


Key Accountabilities:

1.    Business partnership by understanding business needs on Express and PTS, and identifying the relevant technical capabilities that require to meet these needs.

2.    Be responsible for Costa China Express and PTS IT strategy development to build comprehensive architecture considered system landscape

3.    Be accountable for all Express and PTS related IT project implementations by managing in-house and 3rd party resources following proper SLC methodology including waterfall and agile.

4.    Lead IT Express and PTS team to deliver high standard on-going services including data consulting, authority administration, performance tracking, issue trouble shooting and training.

B. Impact and Autonomy

People: A member of IT management team in China, co-worker with UK IT and responsible for local Express and PTS team.

Financial: Share the responsibilities in the China business by partnership with successful IT Express and PTS solutions.

C.   Required knowledge, skills or experience

Core competencies required:

  1. Proven experience on leading 3 or more large and complex IT projects by leveraging well known China or global solutions. 
  2. Proven experinece on leading ERP/WMS/BOH/DMS project implementation to support 500+ sites supply.
  3. Proven experience on coffee or vending machine industry and be familiar with relevant service model.
  4. Strong knowledge on the coffee or vending machine related IT systems including telementry, payment and CRM.
  5. Comfortable running a fast-paced team. Ability to rapidly execute against business initiatives.
  6. Experience on leveraging latest digital technology to drive significant business impact
  7. Good knowledge on the technology of MSSQL, MYSQL, Power BI, MSCRM and MS NAV
  8. Good interpersonal and communication skills and strong teamwork spirit.
  9. Proven leadership in a cross-functional role and ability to coach and develop a team
  10. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects/assignments
  11. Strong collaboration experience with global team.


Background and experience required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  2. 10+ years working experience for multi-national companies in FMCG or retail business and 3+ years as a team leader to manage in-house and 3rd party resources.
  3. Good command in English writing and speaking
  4. Certificate of PMP is desired

1.      Proactively identify opportunities to achieve business strategy or solve problems with the best in class IT digital and solutions.

2.      Manage functional expectations with respect to IT services, identifying gaps between needs and IT capabilities, and work to find innovative solutions to close those gaps.

3.      Manage and run the governance processes for CRM and digital.

4.      Identify and perform continuous improvement opportunities on the day to day execution of IT Services and Support, and escalate or remove barriers that impact the team effectiveness.
