    Responsibilities

1. Maximise client satisfaction by achieving projects goals within the agreed-upon schedule and budget.
2. Oversee the setup and tear-down of all production onsite and manage rehearsals of event rundown. Communicating clearly with all vendors to execute project goals.
3. Continually develop the agency’s vendor panel. Maintaining strong relationships with exisiting vendors and sourcing new suppliers that push high-tech, innovation, creativity, sustainability etc.
4. Quality checks on suppliers to ensure they are inline with company standards.

   5.Drive  client relationships, once projects have been handed-over to the operations  team.   

   Qualifications & Abilities 

1. A bachelor degree is required.
2. Fluent Chinese and English is required (spoken and written).
3. At least one-year of work experience in Project Management at an international event agency or similar organization required.
4. Results-driven, determined and a great work ethic.
5. Ability to work in a team.
6. Attention to detail.
