Position Summary

This position reports to HR Director, contributing to company success in Organization Development and Talent Management. The role is crucial to the organization to achieve our vision and business goals. The main responsibilities will include Organization Diagnosis, Talent Management, driving and leading internal change, Performance Management, with the goal of maximizing the contributions of employees and accelerating business achievement in China and LA.

Work Location: Shanghai, China

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with HRD for strategic organization development and talent management strategy
• Leading the implementation of EBD talent strategy plan, building the talent pipeline by providing professional consultancies and solutions to the business leaders
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development to ensure talent supply and development resources
• Lead the progress of talent IDP/C&DD and evaluate the result by conducting professional data analysis and providing timely talent management report
• Work closely with business teams as business partner to understand business development needs and to provide practical solutions on timely basis
• Motivate, retain people, especially core talent and those on the critical positions by maintaining very positive Employee Relationship
• Leading and overseeing the performance management process that drives high performance
• Support global HR related projects local implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of human resources (COE/HRBP/SSC) working experiences with proven working experiences as HR Manager or other HR Executive for at least 3-5 years
• Bachelor above degree in Human resource, MBA is a plus
• Proficient in both written and oral English
• Professional knowledge/skills of HR system and database
• In-depth know of Chinese labor law and HR best practices
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking environment
• Willing to work in a highly diversified, multi-cultural and fast-pace working team
• Strong teamwork spirit with proactive communication attitude
• People oriented and result driven
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
