Job Discription

1. Implement specific work process in accordance to company strategic requirement. Result Oriented.

2. Provide training to relevant members of the team, sales training, formulation and evaluation of KPI.

3.Periodic analysis of competing products available in the market, not limiting to products differentiation analysis, products advantages analysis, consumer behaviour analysis, and provide timely feedbacks to R&D department for products improvements. 

4. Provide relevant training in accordance to company training requirement, improving individual capabilities.

5. Capable of organising customer visits and lead delegations in accordance to customer requirement, including overseas visits (excluding travel restrictions due to COVID 19) 

6. Capable to communicate effectively with R&D, marketing department and management. Flexible and possesses critical problem solving traits. Resilience and strong communication skills.

Requirements

1. Fluent in both oral and listening,TEM-8 passed if in English major. Grade 6 for Non English major  or IELTS grade 6.5

2. Minimum Degree Qualification from 985, 211 or overseas education experience (minimum 2 years full time Overseas education experience and English shall be main communication language during overseas).

3. Minimum 3 years working experience, possess project management experience, preferably in manufacturing overseas project experience. Able to communicate with overseas companies and resolve issues.

4. Familiar with Internet applications,  Excel, Words and PPT or familiar with corporate software.
