Role description:

1. Responsible handling daily operations of logistics. Process and related issues were carried out efficiently and effectively.

2. Ensuring that materials coming in time and goods delivery on time.

3. Responsible handling of all custom clearance and accountable for on time clearance of custom.

4. Responsible keeping of all Logistics document are conforming as WSH standard requirement.

5. Coordinate with sales/warehouse to ensure material delivery meet with all customer order requirement.

6. Supervise shipping activities and routes to ensure Cargos were shipped in most safe, economical and timely manner.

7. Keying shipping DOCS in SL system.

Specific role description:

1. Working with CIQ and Customs to handle all import and export custom clearance by daily.

2. Monitor and manage broker and forwarder and express for all oversea/local shipment to ensure goods delivery on time.

3. Review and negotiate with broker and forwarder and express on their service, delivery and price.

4. Maintain all import and export detail data by daily.

5. Support Sourcing and Sales to provide the relative tax rate and freight info.

6. Regularly review oversea supplier shipping performance and review with buyer how to improve and manage supplier on

shipping documents. Base on customer request, provide tracking no. and packing list and invoice timely.

7. Fill in consignment note, inform FedEx, Yunda to pick up.

8. Make CO & FORMA, express it to customer.

9. Declare “out directory CCC”.

10. Supply tax & vat invoice to finance.

11. Clear up import & export document.

Education/Training/Experience:

1. Graduate from college with over 3 year logistics experience

2. Familiar with the MRP.

3. Good English skill, good oral and written English
