-           Handle  OP daily job on time , such as arrange booking with carrier , check export doc and send doc to custom broker , etc. 

-          Prepare and checking   SI  and HBL  to carrier and shipper

-          Checking container status timely , if meet any problem ,should be find solution  or report to leader efficiently.

-           Finish system data on time,  and issue invoice to shipper on time ，follow payment status .

-          Rls  the HBL  to shipper after they settle the payment 

-          After get MBL from carrier , hand over full set doc to CS on time .

Qualifications:

    

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

    

-          2-3 years relevant experience in NVOCC  forwarding company    

-          Full skill of MS office ,mainly of excel and word table

-          Team work spirit, self-motivated, detail-oriented, be able to work under pressure, very organized
