JOB DESCRIPTION

工作职责：

1.  Fabric inspection using the 4 point system.  

用四分制进行面料检验                                                                                            

2.  Participant into pre-production meetings with factory technical，quality & production teams for new /key projects                                                                                            

针对新项目、重要项目，参与工厂的技术、质量及生产部门一起召开的产前会议。

3.  Conduct inline and/or final inspection using the AQL system,                                                            

用AQL标准进行中期及尾期质量检验                                                                                          

4.  Problem shooting for the defects found on site.

针对现场检验中发现的质量问题， 帮助工厂找出解决问题的方法。                                   

5. Review varies quality reports with factories, and work with relative factories for correction plan to improve the overall quality level.

与工厂一起分析各类质量报表，制定切实有效的改进计划，以提高质量水平。

QUALIFICATION

岗位要求：

1. Good textile knowledge, textile related college degree or above is preferred.  

 纺织类大专以上专业背景                                                                                       

2. Minimum 5 years solid experience in QC of hometextile for export company, quality management experience of mattress cover a plus;                                             

3年以上外贸家纺行业质量控制实际经验，海绵垫套品质管理经验优先考虑

3. Personal sewing experience with strong sewing techniques a plus  

缝纫机操作经验及熟练技巧优先                                                                         

4. Effective communciation skill and good problem slover                                                                           

良好的沟通能力和解决问题能力

5. Strong integrity and well organized, and attention to details 

为人正直，工作有条理  ，注重细节                                                                                 

6.Good energy level to adapt to travel mobility                                                                                          

体力充沛，能按工作需要长期频繁出差
