1. Lead and motivate logistics and warehouse team in their daily tasks; make sure all standard operation procedure, safety policy & company targets through into daily working;
2. Achieve Lean management between logistics and warehouse, meet the company strategic direction; active on LEAN/KAIZEN activities to improve working process flow and efficiency.
3. Leading Warehousing, effectively improving operational efficiency by optimizing logistics routes in the factory, standardizing shipping management, and optimizing warehouse layout
4. According to inventory, optimizing the warehouse layout, and a daily inspection and circular inventory counting to make stock accurate;
5. Optimize storage area and operating expenses, effectively reduce logistics costs, and achieve Logistics cost reduction
6. Make sure to receive、storage and issue the material is completely consistent between SAP and physical, inventory accuracy and material traceability keeps 100%; Responsible for stock counting monthly, quarterly, yearly; Monthly summary and analysis inventory, slow-moving stock, organize related department to review and define improvement actions.
7. Safety committee to effectively control illegal operations and eliminate safety hazards; carry out 5S management, effectively improve the level of on-site management, and achieve safety and accident-free.
8. Ensure compliance with government and company regulations, lead to fulfill ESH & ISO responsibilities.
9. Implement 5S and visual management in warehouse.
10. Responsible for department’s budget and monthly/yearly training, team building.

岗位要求：

1. Proficient in logistics warehousing process, SAP system and related WMS, TMS system, etc；
2. Familiar with warehouse planning, logistics process optimization, equipment management and planning；
3. Based on internal operation and external demand, adopt the "JIT" model to optimize inventory and improve efficiency
4. Lean management experience is a plus.
5. Strong leadership and logical thinking ability.
6. Excellent on Excel. PPT, CAD
7. Good communication and presentation skills, able to use English as a working language
