Job Descriptions: 
1. Daily phone operation and receipt to guests/visitors with necessary documents and material preparation;
2. Be responsible for incoming/outgoing packages management and monitor company cars’ daily arrangement;
3. Provide service on travel arrangement such as hotel booking, air tickets booking & etc;
4. Responsible for admin related stuff procurement and inventory management;
5. Daily office management such as meeting room booking, environment improvement, facilities maintenance & etc;
6. Responsible for the management of renting for foreigners;

7. General Administration stuffs when required.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or above degree;
2. 1-2 years related experience in multinational companies would be an advantage;
3. Good in reading & written English;
4. Strong responsibilities and good abilities to work hard and carefully;
5. Good in computer operation, familiar with Excel, Power Point and Word.

 

工作职责：

1. 电话接听/客户接待及准备并处理相应的文件或材料；

2. 负责日常信件收发事宜处理；

3. 协调处理机票及宾馆预定，公司车辆安排等事宜；
4. 负责行政相关物品的采购和库存管理；
5. 日常办公室管理，如会议室预定、各项设备维护等；
6. 负责外籍人员租房管理；

7. 其他各项行政事务。
任职要求：

1. 行政或文秘类相关专业专科或以上学历；
2. 1-2年外企相关工作经验者优先；
3. 能英语读写，具备良好的沟通协调能力；
4 . 具备独立承担多项工作的能力；
5. 熟练应用Office/Windows等软件。
