工作职责:

Put your design ideas forward to create the best customer offer.

As a Development Coordinator your job is to own your products’ development strategy. You will be contributing to develop materials and products that ultimately will result in great customer offers.

You will develop the best offer with quality, fashion and sustainability in mind. Interpreting new trends and visual goals to meet our customers’ needs and desires is not an easy task. But as with most great things, you’re not going at it alone. This is a team effort. Listening to and collaborating with other team members is key, and you will contribute with your specific knowledge and skills throughout the process.

任职资格:

we are looking for an expert on accessories component (woven/jersey/knit/sunglasses/jewellery). You need to have strong business mind, organized and good at communication skill. In the global setup, you will be communicating directly with buying offices, different production markets and other stakeholders. Project management experience will be a plus for this role.

Having a good understanding with and willingness to build strong long-term relationships with all stakeholders will make your job a lot easier. There will be challenges with regards to materials, lead times and optimising profitability etc. But the more you develop your relationship with our partners (suppliers, factories etc.), the more use your creativity and try to be solution-oriented, the better you will be at facing these challenges and focusing on actions that will make our customer offer even better.
