1、管理旗舰门店营运，***化利用各类资源确保生意指标和各项商业KPI的达成
2、把控规范旗舰门店运营流程，提高营运效率
3、有效执行市场和促销活动
4、收集市场信息、完成各类报告数据分析
5、负责旗舰门店团队管理建设（招聘选拔、人才发展、绩效评估等）确保团队稳定性、提高团队效能
6、高效开展公司现有培训项目，提高团队工作技能及专业度
7、与所在商场对接保持良好合作

岗位要求：
1、3-5年大体量、高客流、大型零售店铺管理经验，快时尚品牌优先
2、突出的商业思维、货品分析、销售驱动能力
3、优秀的领导力、团队组织能力、沟通能力，商业思维敏感、高效的部门协作能力
4、能适应高压快节奏工作模式
5、英文流利、良好的Microsoft操作技能

adidas Sports (China) is adidas’ fully-owned subsidiary, of which the trade headquarters is in Shanghai. Moreover, there is a manufacturing plant in Su Zhou, and two facilities in Beijing and Guangzhou. Now, the operation in China has a presence in 27 provinces.
