职责描述：
1. Preparing bidding design and technical documents according to the requirement of client.
按照准备技术规范和客户的要求准备投标方案和文件（技术部分）。

2. Perform GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear)primary design, according to contract and client requirements.
根据合同及客户要求，完成中标GIS项目履约方案的一次设计。

3. Be responsible for summarizing regional project characteristics, solidifying the GIS primary design based on regional technical specification.
根据地区客户的使用习惯，总结固化地区工程投标和履约方案特点。

4. Support to project engineer, site engineer, marketing engineer.
对项目工程师、现场工程师、营销工程师进行技术支持。

5. Collect special requirements in overseas projects and provide input for product development and improvement.
收集海外项目中特殊需求，为产品开发改进输入需求。

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above major in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
电气或机械工程专业本科以上学历。

2. 1 year direct experience on electrical or mechanical engineering.
一年以上电气或机械工程方面的直接经验。

3. Priority: Have good Russian oral and writing skills.
优先录用俄语读写能力强者。

4. Good communication skill and good team player.
良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。

经营范围：电力变压器，特种变压器，电抗器及输变电机器零部件的制造、安装，销售自产产品；变压器及输变电设备的测试、检修、技术指导服务；提供上述产品的同类商品及零部件的国内批发、进出口、佣金代理（拍卖除外）及售后服务
