1. 主要负责原液小试（15L）纯化工段初纯，精纯及相关溶液配制工作；

Mainly responsible for the primary purification and polishing purification of drug substance preparation（15L scale ）and relevant buffer preparation.

2. 完成各类柱层析和各类膜过滤（超滤系统、层析系统）工艺开发；

Complete various chromatography and membrane filtration (ultrafiltration system, chromatography system) process development.

3. 进行小试过程工艺控制，深层过滤、亲和层析、阴阳离子层析、低pH病毒灭活、纳滤、超滤等工艺开发；

Perform process control of small-scale experiments, depth filtration, affinity chromatography, AEX and CEX chromatography, low pH virus inactivation, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and other process development.

4. 建设、管理部门各类文件（SOP, BR, Report 等）系统，撰写相关文件和记录；

Build and manage all kinds of documents (SOP, BR, Report, etc.) system, and write relevant documents and records;

5. 部门原辅料、耗材的管控；

Management and control of raw and auxiliary materials and consumables of departments;

6. 实验室设备的日常维护工作；

Daily maintenance of laboratory equipment;

1. 硕士及以上学历，生物、化学等相关专业；

Master degree or above, major in biology, chemistry, etc.

2. 有3年以上AKTA蛋白纯化经验；

3 years+ experience in protein purification by AKTA;

3. 工作认真负责，具备良好的职业素养及团队合作精神；

Work conscientiously and responsibly, with good professional quality and team spirit;

4. 良好地英文听说读写能力。

Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills of English.
