We are looking for a reliable System & Network Administrator. He/she will report to the Management Team and evaluate business’ needs while setting up and maintaining computer networks, monitoring network and system performance, and collecting data to enhance security and reliability. The ideal candidate must be native Chinese speaking, competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess a company or organization’s network and computer system needs.
• Install hardware and software.
• Make upgrades and repairs as needed.
• Oversee digital security.
• Perform maintenance that all systems are operating.
• Collect and analyze data to optimize performance.
• Onboard users to network.
• Train users on hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot problems with the system.
• Oversee local area network and wide area network.

Qualifications:

• Chinese native
• Fluent in English
• Experience in network and system administration recommended
• IT infrastructure audit skills are praised
• Personal characteristics: Proactive, self-motivated and reliable
• Facilities to communicate and eager to learn and share knowledge.
