Head of Telecom Sales, Nefab Vietnam
Vietnam’s industrial landscape is continuing to expand as several Chinese and Taiwanese contract manufacturers establish themselves in the country. This creates great business opportunities for Nefab Vietnam.
World leading manufacturing companies have announced billions of dollars’ worth of new investment in Vietnam and are in a process of relocating production of their well-known customers.
This is creating an amazing growth opportunity for Nefab and for this, we will need Your expertise. We are looking for a person with a strong solution sales background and successful track record working with contract manufacturers. You should be comfortable in networking and creating friendly and sustainable connections with customer decision makers.
The position is located at Nefab Vietnam factory in Bac Ninh province next to capital city Hanoi and will report directly to Managing Director of Nefab Vietnam. You will also work closely with Asia Telecom Director and Asia Datacom Director.
Your main responsibilities
- Identifying potential customers and key decision makers,
- Creating a customer-specific sales strategy,
- Customer relationship building and management with Chinese and Taiwanese decision makers
- Creating industry level marketing analysis and customer mapping
- Project management
- CRM (customer relationship management system) management
- Sales Pipeline management and reporting
- Participating customer packaging audit and bidding processes
- Support Customer Service to deal with order issues, if necessary
Your main profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Sales, preferably with contract manufacturers
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging, Business, Engineering, or other relevant area
- Experience in project management
- Native Chinese (Mandarin) and Good English (in writing and orally)
Your skills
- Active, Sales driven personality with strong networking skills
- Self-discipline and can work independently to deliver results
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present to different audiences and all levels of the organization
- Strong Project Management skills,
- Can handle different tasks and projects in parallel while maintaining quality,
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
