Duties and Responsibilities :职责
1. Assist Sales staff to achieve set sales target.
协助销售人员实现销售目标
2. Assist Sales staff to support marketing activities.
协助销售人员支持市场活动
3. Assist Sales staff to communicate with customers and make relevant records if necessary.
协助销售人员与客户沟通，并作必要的记录
4. Inform customers when the jobs are done and settle the payment. And assist Sales staff to follow-up payment overdue cases.
当工作完成时通知客户缴纳费用。协助销售人员跟进未受到得款项
5. Prepare weekly and monthly sales report to Sales staff.
为销售人员准备每周和每月的销售报告
6. Regularly send out name card and other promotion items to customers.
定期寄发名片和宣传资料给客户
7. Perform other job related assignments as required
执行工作相关任务

任职资格：
1.熟练使用Office，熟练数据统计；
2.英语熟练(CET-4以上)；
3.做事仔细，有责任心，举止大方得体。
