SUMMARY概述 (brief summary of job工作职责简单概述)

This position is responsible for preparing technical proposals (with independent problem judgment,  process evaluation, product selection, application and adaptation of company technologies); performing process data sheet and supply process data sheet to Engineering department for detail design, preparing technical documentation required within the company; coordinating with APT and Sales and providing technical support in sales activities; interfacing with customers if required and monitoring progress of projects etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Perform process simulation evaluation, carrying out hydraulics design for columns

• Develop advanced separation solution and technical proposal based on customer needs and specifications

• Coordinate with APT/Sales to interface with customers either for marketing or technical clarification, and monitor progress of projects

• Formulate Process Guarantee & go through internal technical risk review 

• Supplying respective process data sheet to Engineering department for detail design

• Provide technical Service including start-up service, troubleshooting and plant data analysis

• Ensure that essential input data is available from the purchase order and/or Technical appendix

• Ensure that the customer requirements are adequately conveyed and reflected in engineering, manufacturing and installation

• Establish technical competence and expertise in certain applications

• Ensure environmental friendly process design

   

  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

  Related work experience相关工作经验

• 3-5 Years related work experience, preferably in Refinery, Petrochemicals, Chemicals or Engineering Company focused on Process technology/ engineering

   

  Formal education or equivalent教育背景

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering

   

  Skills技能

• SIMSCI ® Pro-II or other process simulator.

• Required Strong Chemical Engineering fundamentals such as Mass & Energy Balance, PFD, P&ID, Unit operations

• Passion in problem solving and solid analytical skill

• Capability to do technical sales based on personally developed processes based on Sulzer application technology

• Capability to develop/adapt new process

• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Available for frequent traveling
