-  Sell product to replace in overhaul.

-  Site Service in overhaul to meet or guide clients' requirement; collect projects or end user overhaul information; build up and maintain good relationship with customers, continuous enhance after market share.   

-  Manage, guide and achieve area TAS sales targets and results by synergy together with area sales.     

-  Jointed specific customer visit with area Sales by providing technical advice and proposal.  

-  Explore and drive potential and opportunistic customers.   

-  Prepare inquiry review for TAS and Revamping project, organize technical presentation or clarification meeting if needed, attend commercial bidding and price negotiation. Contract detail clause negotiation is the key.

-  Providing sales forecast and visit &Lost reports; Update Weekly plan and execute accordingly

-  Plan sales & marketing approach technique; Fight plan for key project and good at seeking opportunity

-  Attend sales meeting & internal training for self-improvement

-  Assist in attending plant start-up, plant test run and trouble shooting.

-  Co-ordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Workshop etc departments for products delivery

-  Provides timely feedback to senior manager for assigned task

-  Other tasks assigned by GM, Head of sales or High Management.
