Role Objective/角色目标：

Manage the customer orders to achieve the highest customer satisfaction 管理客户订单以获得较好的客户满意度

Key Responsibilities/工作内容：

Manage the customer orders through the ERP system 通过ERP系统管理客户订单

Set up and maintain Item/Customer Master data in ERP system, ensure it running well 在ERP系统中建立和维护项目/客户主数据，确保其正常运行

Develop demand plan based on sales forecast, SOIP, SKUs inventory at DCs and supply ability to release SO to ERP system and monitor the SO fulfillment 根据销售预测、SOIP、库存等数据，制定需求计划，以便向ERP系统录入销售订单并跟进销售订单的后续流程

Collect customer information and answer the questions of the orders and requisition from customers 收集客户信息，回答客户的订单和申请问题

Coordinate and responsible for outbound logistics support for the entire business operations 协调并负责整个业务运营的出境物流支持

Coordinate the solutions with all related functions to solve materials, capacity or technical issues that might affect the committed delivery date to customers 跨部门合作，参与解决方案，以解决可能影响客户承诺交付日期的材料、产能或技术问题

Improve customers’ satisfaction by smooth communication and quick actions to customers 通过与客户的顺畅沟通和快速响应提高客户满意度

Coordinate the launch of new product as scheduled 按计划协调新产品的发布

Job Specifications/任职资格：

 College degree 本科及以上学历

Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service area 2年及以上订单/客服经验

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力

Customer-focused, teamwork orientated, self-motivated & able to work independently 以客户为中心，以团队为导向，自我激励，能够独立工作

Proficient in the use of MS applications 熟练使用Office软件
