Job Responsibilities
- Under the lead of PM, collect requirements from users;
- Conducted analysis and work on design & development of new features;
- Support the user testing;
- Provide post-sale support;
The successful candidate:
Must have:
- Java Server Faces (JSF) / Facelets
- AJAX component frameworks (RichFaces, IceFaces)
- Spring or Enterprise Java Beans 3 (EJB3)
- ORM Frameworks (Java Persistence API/JPA, Hibernate, TopLink)
- SQL & Databases (MySQL, DB2, SQL Server, Oracle)
- Java Message Service (JMS)
- HTML, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Application Servers (JBoss, Tomcat)
- Linux/Unix platform deployment experience
- Performance enhancements methodologies
- Fluency in English Reading & Writing
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in finance/computer science or business related degrees
Nice to have
- Experience of Financial Service Industry
- Knowledge on software architecture
- Team Lead capability
- Fluency in English Speaking & Listening
Personal qualifications
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, methodical and organised
- Self-learner
- Assertive, being able to make correct decisions based on personal judgement
- Team player
- Strong problem solving
- To be based in Shanghai but with a willingness to travel up to 25%, mainly within China
