Role Purpose:

    

You will be responsible for designing products in your category, working closely with the design lead and designers to execute the seasonal concept vision. Sketching CADS, sourcing fabrics and trims, maintaining daily communication with buyers/sourcing and delivering new and fresh products to stores.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities

Deliver Seasonal Fashion Ideas and Elevate Core

    

·        Understand 68 customer & offer her newness in products

    

·        Ideate and expand on key design ideas and details based on concept theme and story per month

    

·        Able to take clear design direction and research trends, fabrics and trims according to seasonal direction

    

·        Monitor weekly sales & be proactive in adjusting collection

    

·        Drive team to meet deadlines and present ideas at key design meetings

    

    

Developing Range with Designers

    

 

    

·        Responsible for driving design to product development according to TNA

    

·        Follow up on the whole design process from concept, presentation of sketches, fitting session to samples (proto & pre-production)

    

·        Focus on elevating and updating our star products

    

·        Design and create products with a good, better best strategy in mind

    

·        Create Line Sheet every month/ season

    

    

Be a Leader & Foster Collaboration

    

·           Drive collaboration & partnership with design counterpart to ensure seamless collection from concept to stores

    

·           Lead your team to meet deadlines and come prepared to all milestone meetings

    

·           Develop designers to have their own creative voice

    

·           Be transparent and share ideas with team

    

    

    

Requirements:

    

·           Good eye for color, texture & shape

    

·           Strong Drawing Skills

    

·           Strong communication skills

    

·           Team player and a positive attitude

    

·           Proficient in AI and/or Photoshop

    

·           Good organizational skills

    

    

    

Education level

    

·         Associate BA in fashion Design

    

    

Experience

    

·        With at least 4+ design experience for a brand

    

    

Skills required

    

·           Entrepreneurial spirit, capability of cross team communication & synergy

    

·           Fast fashion experience (optional)

    

    

Language ability

    

·        Fluent in English

    

·        Cantonese & Mandarin (optional)
