POSITION: TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER

    

    

Requirements

    

1.      Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic/Biomedical engineering or equivalent

    

2.      Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in installation and servicing Diagnostic Imaging Equipment and 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required

    

3.      Background with MRI imaging equipment will be preferred

    

4.      Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

    

5.      Frequent traveling required     

    

    

Duty

    

1.      Manages technical service related operations for an organization

    

2.      Oversees the work of field service staff to ensure that all jobs are completed on time, within budget and to customer specification

    

3.      Ensure that physical inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed

    

4.      Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs.

1．  负责管理技术服务有关事宜。

        

2．  监督前线服务工程师，确保技术服务工作可以及时完成和满足客户要求

    

3．  监督零部件存货量，确保及时补充

    

4．  提出产品改良建议，满足客户要求
