• Maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials), Assembly OMS (work instruction), drawings, travelers, routings and others.
• Label template setup and maintenance.
• Failure Analysis for volume production,
• Sample Build for the introduced unit.
• To support/assist Engineers on analyzing and resolve technical issue on electrical design
• Periodically operator data collection from DOE.
• For  product  failure  root  cause  analysis  and  write  FA  report  and  take  forward  improvement  action
• Checking the quality of the product and identifying the error or faults
• Responsible for production process monitor to improve the yield
• Implementing production testing tools, labeling systems and software loading stations
• Provide training  to  technicians  and  operators  to  develop  their  technical  competence  and  Complete  their  performance  appraisal
• Providing feedback about the finished product and recommendations to the R & D
• Cooperate  with  the  superior other  tasks  assigned  by  superior  or  manager
