1、产品/部件的强有力的检查，以确保良好的设计符合油漆RT，以及油漆车间的限制，主要从DFNU B到JRO。

2、油漆可行性分析，包括PT-ED, PVC和LASD涂层的应用，当车辆表面或结构不合格时，提出优化的建议。

3、密封可行性分析，包括BIW +密封，优化结构设计与产品团队，以确保密封的坚固性。此外，还应制定密封条件方案。

4、处理兼容性分析，确保车辆顺利下水。当兼容NOK时，编写QCDP报告以支持项目团队做出决策或定位。

5、Jigs可重用性分析，节省投资和制造成本。在不可能实现jigs可重用性的情况下，请求新的接口。

6、工艺文件的定义和验证，包括PM密封3D+2D、PM喷涂3D+2D、PM防砂、声学3D+2D，以及ED和喷涂表面积、封边长度、防砂、声学表面积和质量的计算。

7、领导临时安排的其他工作。

Roles responsibility:

Product/parts robust check to ensure a good design in compliance with Painting RT, as well as Painting shop constraints, mainly from DFNU B to JRO.

Painting feasibility analysis, including PT-ED, PVC and LASD, Top coats application, give optimised proposals when vehicle surface or structure NOK for Painting and anti-corrosion.

Sealing feasibility analysis, including BIW + Closures, optimise the structure design with product team to ensure sealing robustness. In addition, sealing condition plan is also should be prepared.

Handling compatibility analysis to ensure a smooth vehicle launching. When compatibility NOK, write QCDP report to support project team to make decision or orientation.

Jigs reusability analysis to save investment and manufacturing cost. New interface request in case of jigs reusability impossible.

Process documents definition and verification, including PM sealing 3D+2D, PM Painting 3D+ 2D, PM anti-gritting and acoustic 3D + 2D, as well as the calculation of ED and Painting surface area, sealing length, anti-gritting and acoustic surface area and mass.

Other temporary work assigned by the leader.

Technical Skills requirement:

v 2-3 years SE-painting experience analysis over 2 vehicles model, as well as participated in analysis over 1 model from concept to prototype manufacturing.

v General knowledge of Painting process, familiar with Painting equipment and Production tooling.

v Familiar with Painting quality issues and the scenarios to solve the problem.

v General knowledge about vehicle conception and industrialization phase.

v Basic knowledge of BIW structure design, as well stamping/welding/assembly process.

General skills requirement:

v Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Polymer Engineering or Mechanical engineering or other engineering discipline.

v Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, French is a plus.

v Proficiency in CATIA V5&6, better to know the PLM system using.

v Office software, including MS Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook/Skype etc.

v Good ability to communication, collaboration, and team work spirit etc.
