1.Tracking project schedule and effectively communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the project moving forward.

2.Source, analyze and educate suppliers to meet the demands in compliance with the business requirements.

3.Detail-oriented, partnering with QC department in setting up the quality management at suppliers.

4.Ensuring compliance demands with suppliers through contracting and internal SOPS.

5.Ensuring project documentation – Work drawings production, sample documentation and evaluation.

6.Responsible for following sample and bulk orders, working with QC department closely to control product quality and ensure on time delivery.

7.Routing job for documents handling in NC system

8.Follow up the logistics with vendors and shipping Dept., make sure the product dispatched on time, shipping schedule and cost always consider to be optimized.     

Requirements:

1.至少五年以上橱窗陈列产品开发采购相关经验。珠宝陈列产品开发采购经验优先考虑。

More than 5 years working experiences in retail display or exporting and importing business is preferable. Especially in jewelry display.
