Main Responsibilities:

 1. Source, analyses and educate suppliers to meet the demands in compliance with the business requirements together with quality, COC department and management, address quality issues jointly with quality department.

    根据部门业务要求开发，分析，引导供应商达到公司质检，COC部门的要求，并连同质检部门处理，协调质量问题。

2. Be able to handle cases individually with rep. office or clients all the way from new request to sampling, production, quality control, certificates and delivery at destination. Enable to grow with the company of business development on the new client serving and follow up.

    能独立完成跟单，从报价，样品开发到大货生产，质量控制，相关证书获得要求等一整个业务流程。并随着公司业务的调整，适应服务新客人的项目开发，跟进。

3. Frequent supplier visit to maintain good cooperation as well as to secure the capacity for company and customers' needs. Complete production sheets for each new items developed with approval from supplier and client.

    不定期拜访供应商以确保工厂的生产品质达到客人要求，新项目下单之前完善产品质量说明书， 并取得客人确认无大货质量标准误解。

4. Communicate with suppliers and buyers professionally. Ensure all emails are replied within the day. Actively participate in above points and be able to improve and forecast potential issues, keep abreast of customer needs and enable to solve the claim or quieten the complain in a smart way.

    与客人及供应商之间保持良好，专业的沟通。尽可能在当天回复所有邮件。积极的参与执行以上各点并尽可能提前预见潜在问题。始终考虑客人需求，能有技巧的处理投诉和索赔。

5. Work closely together with team members, keep an open dialog about the daily work and challenges to help each other to grow stronger into the team.

Requirments:

1. Bachelor degree 本科学历

2. Good at right supplier sourcing according to the project requirement especially of technique.

   Achieve the project independently by frequent communication and detail investigation.

   Familiar with the whole process of order management and have communication skills with client. 

   善于根据项目不同的需求寻找合适的供应商。通过沟通和细致的调查研究独立完成项目开发。熟悉跟单的整个流程，具有与客户沟通的技巧

3. Flow in Spoken and Written English. Familiar with Office software. The ability of fast learning.

    英语听说良好，熟练应用office 软件. 快速学习的能力。

4. Responsible, Quick mind, Aggressive, Organized, Careful
