1. Responsible for the order follow up with customer, follow the order status and foresee the delays and prevent it or minimize its impact; Coordinate with Quality Dept. for the inline and final quality control.

负责与客户的订单跟进，预防各种问题造成的延期并且减少因为延期造成的影响。协调质量部门做好品质管理工作。

2. Follow up the logistics with suppliers and shipping Dept., make sure the product dispatched on time, shipping schedule and cost always in the consideration and to be optimized.

跟进供应商以及船务部门，确保货物及时出运，而且出运周期以及成本需要在考虑范畴内。

3. Follow up the payment both with supplier and customer, make sure the payment follows the contract term.

及时跟进供应商的付款以及客户的收款，确保按照合同制定的条款执行。

4. Documentation preparation and verification with Logistics Dept. for Account Receivable and Account Payable. Make sure documentations always clean and accurate. Chase/Submit the documents to Logistics Dept. in time.

收付款文件的准备以及和物流部门的核对，确保单证文件清晰准确，递交及时。

5. Maintain the good relationship with different parties who involved with daily business and operation.

在日常业务和运营中，与内外部合作方维护良好关系。

6. Daily communication with supplier and customer. Necessary travel required.

处理日常跟供应商以及客户沟通，能够应对必要的出差要求。

7. Draw up the forecast and stock plan together with customer for the preparation of the production. Follow up closely with suppliers to ensure the stock always maintained in the secured level.

和客户一起制定预期订单以及库存量，以便安排工厂做出生产安排。跟进并确保工厂能够按照协议要求准备库存量在一定的范围。

8. Analyse the order and shipping record over different period (monthly, quarterly, yearly), be proactive if volume significant changes and find out the root cause, take proper action accordingly. Assist Manager to make business report by approaching the NC system frequently.

分析不同时期的订单及出货记录，做综合比较（月，季度，年）, 如果数量发生显著变化，需要找到原因并做出相应的调整。并协助经理利用NC系统做好业务报表分析，及数据收集。

9, Monitor existing suppliers daily management, updating order list for all clients.

做好供应商信息整合及管理工作，负责及时更新，跟踪所有客人的order list.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上

2. Familiar with the whole process of order management relating for foreign trade and have communication skills with customer. Hardgoods background is a plus.

熟悉外贸跟单的整个流程，具有与客户沟通的技巧. 有杂货类工作经验优先。

3. Fluent English on the reading, writing and speaking, office software.

英语流利，读写良好。办公软件操作熟练。

4. Responsible, Organized, Careful 有责任心，有条理性，细心

5. At least 5 Years of Relevant Experience 5年以上相关工作经验
