Reports to: Quality Manager

Location: Shanghai

Direct reports: None

Key Responsibilities:

1，Cooperate with project manager during APQP from quality function

2，Prepare document relative to quality during APQP

3，Collect customer special requirement for quality management

4，Do training for operator before new project SOP

5，Conduct process audit for new project

6，Prepare PPAP document and get customer approval

7，Assure the customer requirement is fully fulfilled internally

8，Assure project development procedure is fully fulfilled internally

9，Handle quality internal and external issue during project phase and SOP phase

10，Other works assigned by Superior

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Auto Engineering

2. 3 years working experience in auto components manufacturing industry or relevant mechanical/electronic manufacturing industry

3. Have project quality or production quality experience

4. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA and ISO/TS16949

5. Be familiar with OEM’ s requirements, such as Ford, GM, BBAC

6. Be knowledgeable in problem solving process as well as general quality tools application

7. Good communication skills and team work

8. Good English both in written and oral

9. Good computer skills
