Reports to: Product Development Manager

Location: China

Direct reports: None

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Asia product design based on SOR;

2. Responsible for Design for project to communicate with customer;

3. Responsible for all design documents such as Project Parts Overview, DFMEA, BOM, and etc.;

4. Responsible to process the quote request among LLP upon own design concept;

5. Require to support PM for prototype and pre-serial sample approval;

6. Require to support purchasing and product engineering for tooling kick off in terms of design view points;

7. Require to support Design hub for Europe when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering;

2. More than 3 years design working experience in relative field (automotive parts/plastics parts);

3. Experienced usage of CAD software (CATIA, UG, IDEAS, etc.) for parts design;

4. Experience of the production process knowledge is plus;

5. English skills of reading, writing and communication;

6. Experience dealing with Automotive OEMs is preferred;

7. Good communication skill;

8. Good team work spirit and can work under pressure.
