Report to:             Accounting Supervisor

    

Job Descriptions

    

• Prepare and follow up for Account Receivables aging report, work closely with sales team to AR collection, weekly update for customer update/feedback of aging invoices payment;

• Assist in follow-up with clients via email, fax, phone, or post, to chase outstanding accounts receivable and ensure prompt payment; 

• Assist in communicating with customers and sales team on past due receivable and account receivable reconciliation (call and reminder letter) in order to reduce our receivable overdue;

• Prepare aging reporting of Account Payables;

• Checking the suppliers AP payment request (supporting documents, invoices) and prepare the accounting entries in Oracle;

• Monitor the status of pending invoices and timely communicate with relative parties to solve the payment issues;

• Monthly bank reconciliation statements;

• Support banking/tax activities (payment receipts collections, bank information update, tax payment/declaration), communicate between bank staff / tax officer and finance department requirements;

• Support accounting supervisor for audit requirements;

• Assist supervisor for fixed assets (machine/equipment/tooling) management;

• CAPEX tracking (budget vs actual), verify the contracts and Oracle system;

• Conduct annual fixed assets stock take;

• Perform monthly reconciliations for key accounts and ensure all outstanding items are followed and escalated timely with no unreconciled accounts;

                      

 Requirements

  

• Bachelor’s degree, major in accounting or finance

• At least 5 years accounting experience relative to AP/AR/Cashier/FA management

• Experience with Oracle system is a plus

• Fluent in English (written and spoken, CET 4)

• Be a team player

• Be able to work under pressure and deadline

• Good communication skill
