Specific Responsibilities:

1. Confirm customer application and technical requirement确认客户应用及产品技术要求

2. Translate customer technical requirement into MES engineering specification, responsible for part list/BOM building, 3D models and 2D Prints creation, stack up  and DFMEA.负责将客户的技术要求转化为迈梭电子的工程规范，并制定出产品零件清单，创建三维模型及二维图纸，并对设计进行尺寸链校核及起草DFMEA

3. Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements, and related specifications.依据工程原则，公司标准，客户合同及相关要求组织实施产品设计评审

4. Assists launch manager to coordinate prototypes ordering, samples build, samples submission packaging preparation and technical communication to customer, support LM to organize and host the core team meeting as needed协助项目经理协调零部件的定购，样件的制作，客户样品提交相关文档的准备以及与客户的技术沟通。

5. Support DV and PV testing, prepare test plans and work on issues resolutions.支持DV和PV测试，准备测试计划和解决测试中有关问题。

6. Responsible for resolving product design, verification and test problems.负责解决产品设计，验证及测试工作中的问题。

7. In charge of the prototype components assessment ＆approval负责零部件样件状态评估及认可。

8. Ｆill out the forms of PR, RFC, ECN, etc.负责填写材料请购单(PR), RFC及ECN等。

9. Evaluates and implements design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.负责评估并执行设计更改，规格说明及图纸的发行。

10. Provide design proposal and BOM for new  business quotation, responsible for technical review with cost estimation team and external customers为新产品报价提供BOM及设计方案， 负责与估价团队及客户进行技术交流等。

11. Provide onsite production support to MES, supplier and customer plant as needed为现生产提供必要的技术支持 （包括MES工厂，供应商及客户现场）。

12. Support IATF16949 & ISO14001implementation and continuous improvement. 支持IATF16949及ISO14001的执行及持续改善。

13. Communicates and coordinates engineering responsibilities with product development team members globally.与全球产品开发小组交流，配合执行工程责任。

14. Other assignments from management完成公司交给的其他任务。

15. Understand company’s quality policy and environmental policy. Follow company’s Quality System and Environmental Management Manual. 了解公司的质量方针和环境方针,  严格执行公司质量体系和环境管理手册的规定。

16. Have accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system

对质量管理体系的有效性负有责任

17. Coordinate to ensuring that the processes of quality management system achieves its intended results协助确保各质量管理体系过程实现预期结果

18.  Engaging and contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system

积极参与并为质量管理体系的有效性作出贡献；

19.      Finalization special characteristics 确定产品特殊特性.

20.  join product development/design参与产品设计开发.

任职要求：

1.  本科或以上学历，理工科背景，机械/电子电气相关专业；

Bachelor degrees or above on electromechanics,  Background in science and engineering.

2. 至少5年工作经验，其中汽车零部件行业不少于3年，优先考虑有汽车人机界面（触控屏、仪表、中控面板）行业研发工作经验者。

Experience 5+ years， 3+ years in Automotive component ；Prefer those with automotive UI RD experience (e.g: Touchscreen, Instrument cluster, ICS/ICP etc).

3. 具有在汽车零部件行业的产品的亲手设计、开发经验，能够向客户推介我司产品的方案和优势。

Hands on product design & development experience in automotive components manufacturing industry. Are able to drive customer with our design ideas.

4. 有耐心研读客户技术标准和规范。

Be patient of reading /studying customer technical standards and spec.  

5. 良好的沟通交流能力、项目进度管控跟进能力，能同时处理多项任务，能在压力下工作。

Be good at communication, project timing follow-up, Multi-task processing. Can work under pressure. 

6.  良好的自我学习和 发展能力。

Be willing to self learn and grow. 

7.  熟练使用MS-office等常用办公软件， 会使用CAD软件(如Solidworks, CATIA, UG等之一 )者优先。

Be proficient with the office software Like MS-office, Prefer those who can use one CAD software ( Ex. Solidworks, CATIA, UG).

8. 能独立用英语进行技术方面的读写交流, 口语良好者优先。

Be able to communicate in writing/reading English independently, Prefer those good at oral English
