具体职能

1. Coordinate and conduct all core team activities, establishing priorities when conflicts arise 协调并执行项目小组活动，正确优先处理发生的冲突

2. Coordinate with change management group as needed on changes that affect program being launched and those already in production 与变更管理小组合作，处理在项目运行中以及生产中发生的变更

3. Assure all customer deliverables (product and service) are on time and high in quality. Reports program status to managers/customers with appropriate documents and in a timely manner. 确保及时并高质量地满足客户要求（产品和服务），以适当的形式及时与管理层或客户沟通项目状态

4. Assure that all internal requirements of program launch are met, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, profitability and goals. 确保满足项目运行中所有的内部要求，包括：安全、质量、交付、成本、利润及目标。

5. Provide feedback to management team of core team member’s effectiveness. Identify resource constrains and works with management to get appropriate resources allocated 向管理者反馈项目于小组成员的工作有效性，识别资源的限制并获得管理层的资源配置。

6. Assure that program timelines, issues check lists and routing launch files are maintained. 确保维护项目进度，待解决事项清单和各种项目管理文件得到及时的更新和维护。

7. Understand company’s quality policy and environmental policy. Follow company’s Quality System and Environmental Management Manual. 了解公司的质量方针和环境方针, 严格执行公司质量体系和环境管理手册的规定。

Know-How Requirements:: 职位要求:

1. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree, engineering degree preferred, from Four –Year College or university, 5 years minimum related program management experience. 教育/经验：学士学位，工程学士优先，常日制大学毕业，至少5年相关方面的项目管理工作经验。

2. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and or board of directors. 语言技能： 能够阅读，分析和理解相关的工程和技术资料，能够回答来自客户及业务机构的询问或抱怨，能够有效地向高层管理者，各职能部门等汇报信息。

3. Familiar with ISO9001 & IATF16949, understand FEMA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP. 熟悉ISO9001及IATF16949，了解五大工具手册（FEMA, SPC, MSA, APQP,PPAP

4. Understand with company’s Quality System and Environmental Management Manual. 了解公司质量体系和环境管理手册。

5. Other skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Project, Excel and Word required. 其他技能： 熟练使用Microsoft Project, Excel和Word软件。
