Specific Responsibilities: 具体职能

1. Coordinate with various resources to implement the plating process improvement 协调各种资源以推进电镀工艺改进项目的进行

2. Conduct plating operation auditing to ensure SOP/WI implementation. 对电镀操作流程进行审核，确保SOP / WI的实施 

3. Participate in the design phase to help prevent known problems in new products 参与产品的设计开发阶段的工作，以防止新产品出现问题

4. Conduct process optimization studies to determine and / or improve process capabilities. 进行电镀工艺优化研究，以确定工艺或提高工艺能力。

5. Coordinate with safety team to ensure the chemical waste is complied with related government and cooperate regulations. and manage technical files and EHS related work; 与安全部门保持良好合作关系，以确保化学废物是符合相关的法规。政府合作管理技术文件和EHS相关工作

6. Supervise and Train technician and operators to improve their operations/knowledge competence. 监督和培训技术员和操作员的工作，提高他们业务/知识能力 

Know-How Requirements: 职位要求

1. College diploma or above; major in chemistry or related 大专以上学历，化学或相关专业为佳

2. Minimum 5 years of experiences in electrolytic Rack-line plating process and production management,, experience in reel to rank line process is preferred; 至少5年以上电镀工艺及生产管理经验，有挂镀线电镀实际经验者优先；

3. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving, familiar with experimental design, SPC & FEMA.and quality requirement; 较强的分析解决问题的能力，熟悉电镀实验设计、SPC和FEMA.和产品质量要求 

4. Familiar with plating production process and facility ; 熟悉电镀生产工艺和设备，

5. Knowledge of Microsoft office applications 熟悉office办公软件的使用 

6. Hard working, good initiative and able to work independently under pressure.and team work spirit is must; 工作认真，具有良好的工作主动性和团队合作精神，能在压力下独立工作 

7. Able to communicate in English, at least both read and written; 能用英语沟通，至少具备英语读写的能力
