Summary of Job Function: 工作职责 

1.    负责新项目的包装设计，包括成品包装，过程包装等。 Be responsible for developing new project package, including F/G package and internal package and etc.

 2.    负责量产项目包装改善； Be responsible for mass production project package improvement 

3.    负责原材料供应商包装方案认可 Be responsible for component supplier package approval

 4.    负责吸塑包装模具验证和认可； Be responsible for tray die verification & approval 

5.    负责装配线日常工艺维护和持续改进. Be responsible for assy line process control & continuous improvement.

 

 

Specific Responsibilities: 具体职能

 1.    与客户沟通，完成成品包装设计和验证，提交成品包装方案 Communication with customer, finish package design and verification, submit F/G package to customer 

2.    与供应商沟通，认可并批准供应商原材料包装方案 Communication with supplier, verify and approve supplier components package proposal

 3.    编制包装作业指导书，培训相关人员 Prepare package working instruction, training operators. 

4.    参与吸塑包装模具设计，验证和认可吸塑模具 Involve to tray die design, verify and approval tray die.

 5.    现场解决生产过程中的突发问题； Do the on-site troubleshooting in the production; 

6.    已量产项目的工艺维护和持续改善，包括工艺文件的更新(流程图，PFMEA, 作业指导书布局图等)，测定生产节拍，不断提高生产效率，推进精益生产 Process control & continuous improvement, including process documents update (flow chart, PFMEA, working instruction, layout and etc), cycle time study, increase production efficiency and implement lean-manufacturing 

7.    加入持续改进项目组(PIT)，针对高风险、高报废率等工序，进行持续改进和跟踪 Involved to continuous  process improvement team (PIT), continuous improve and tracking high risk and high scrap process. 8.    CMS定期维护 CMS maintenance regularly.

 

Know-How Requirements: 职位要求 

1.      Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanics or electronics, or industry engineering. 本科学历(或以上)，机械、电子或工业工程相关专业；

 2.      More than 3 years of package design experience 3年以上包装设计经验 

3.      More than 3 years assembly experience in manufacturing assembly facility. Automotive parts industry is plus. 3年以上的制造装配行业经验，汽车零部件行业优先考虑。 

4.      Must be familiar with computer operation and have a good command of OA 熟悉计算机操作和掌握办公自动化 5.      Good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通技巧和人际关系处理能力。 

6.      Good oral and written English is preferred. 良好的口头和书面英语
