Job Title: BD Manager, Functional Segement  业务开发经理，运动功能性产品

Working Location: Shanghai, China

Job Responsibilities

1. Market investigate to identify consuming trends and components needs on activewear and shoes.

2. Create/implement new product / application development program in active wear and shoes area

3. Maintain & enhance customer intimacy through educational training, enquiry follow-up and supply chain support & management

4. Initiate co-branding campaign with active wear

5. Collect marketing and competitor information and share insights internally

6. Coordinate & align with global functional segment internally

Requirements and Qualification

- University degree (preferred textile/garment engineering, knit or related major)

- 8 years' experience or above in textile industry, familiar with active wear or shoes market 

- Knowledge of knitting technology, production, new application and marketing

- Familiar with brand structure and decision making process

- Passionate, curious, self-starter, proactive

- Strong ownership and willingness to move things forward.

- Good listening skill, communication skills, open-minded with good interpersonal skills
