职位描述

Job Description:

1.Oversee all aspect of conference production and project management, such as topic generation, Budget containment, program development, speaker invitation and on-site co-ordination

2.Research target market to ensure that the conference meets the needs of the defined market.

3.Develop strategic relationships with leading associations, companies and consultants.

4.Ensure all project literature and conference documentation meets established standards for appearance and market promotion.

5.Oversee the marketing, administration, and PR of the conference product.

6.Briefing and coordinating Sales and Operations Departments.

7.Responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior managers from a cross section of companies.

8.Selecting and inviting CEO speakers, copy writing, designing the conference brochure and ensuring profitability of entire projects - from the initial idea to the smooth running of the event.

2、研究目标市场,确保会议满足市场需求。

3、与主要协会、公司和顾问建立战略关系。

4、确保所有项目文件和会议文件符合既定的外观和市场推广标准。

5、监督会议产品的市场、管理和公关工作。

6、协调销售和运营部门。

7、负责与来自公司跨部门的高级经理进行现场调研,从而组织会议议程。

8、选择并邀请资深嘉宾演讲,主管文案、设计会议手册等。从最初的阶段开始控制发展项目,确保整个项目的平稳运营及最终的盈利。

任职条件:

1.One to two years conference sale or development experience

2.BA or BS degree, knowledge of B2B pattern a plus

3.Powerful written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

4.Strong time management skills-able to work under pressure to deadlines

5.High degree of interest and alertness in current business issues and industry trends

6.Project management skills

1、一至两年会议项目开发经验

2、本科,B2B模式的知识优先

3、具有较强的中英文书面和口头表达能力

4、较强的时间管理能力,能在压力下完成工作

5、对当前的业务问题和行业趋势有高度的兴趣和警觉性
