Nature and scope

Prepare sales ducumentations, work as process owner of the sales order process to push and supervise the implementation.

Major Responsibilities

1.Responsible for preparation for all the sales ducummentation including quotation, contract, biding ducuments, company credit standing ect,

2.Files management such as contracts, quotations, meeting minutes, customer surveys etc,

3.Follow up and register the customers' query

4.Deliver production orders and delivery notices

5.Responisble to contact with oversea customers and coordinate sales engineers to implement th sales orders

6.Make sales report and analysis monthly

7.Facilitate finance department for AR management.

8.Update cutomers and projects information into database in a time manner



Requirements:

1.college degree or above

2.2-3 working experiences in similar roles

3.Good English writing and speaking ability, cet 6 will be a plus

4.self learning and constientious
