Responsibilities:

1.Chuck of machine tool fixture installation, maintenance, commissioning etc.;

2. Answer customer's after-sales technical questions about SMW-AUTOBLOK products;

3. Daily management and assessment of after-sales service personnel and work;

4. Management of spare parts and tools for after-sales service;

5. Propose rationalization suggestions for technological improvement of products.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in machinery or other related fields;

2. More than 3 years'experience in the management of technical in machine tools or machining industries;

3. Excellent adaptability, leadership, organizational ability, service awareness and responsibility, and actively maintain friendly relations between customers and the company;

4. Strong ability of fault judgment and handling, strong ability of operation;

5. Proficient in office software and can read mechanical drawings;

6. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and able to communicate with foreign headquarters on technical issues;

7. Healthy and able to travel.

岗位职责

1、售后技术支持：卡盘等机床夹具的安装，维修，调试等；

2、解答客户关于SMW-AUTOBLOK产品的售后技术问题；

3、售后服务人员的日常管理及考核；

4、售后服务备件、工具等物资的管理；

5、对产品的技术改进提出合理化建议。

任职资格

1、本科以上学历，机械等相关专业；

2、三年以上机床或机加工行业技术服务经验，两年以上团队管理工作经验；

3、有优秀的应变能力，领导能力，组织能力，有服务意识及责任心，积极维护客户与公司友好关系；

4、较强的故障判断和处理能力，动手能力强；

5、熟练使用办公软件且能读懂机械图纸；

5、英语听说读写流利，可以与国外总公司沟通技术问题；

6、身体健康，能适应出差。
