Job descriptions：

1. Data Management:

a. Catalog data management: OEM, CROSS References and applications update for new products that are released from development

b. Update OEM, CROSS References, and applications for existing products.

c. Support in the QA department to investigate fitment based customer claims.

d. Pictures management for new and existing products.

2. Market analyzes:

a. Monthly analysis of new vehicle applications on the market

b. Conducting MDM meetings - tracking new samples and examining development feasibility - every two weeks

c. Monthly analysis of customer’s sales

i. identifying new filters for customer

ii. looking into filters that the customer stopped purchasing

iii. tracking filters that finished all pre-release stages and should be purchased

3. Business Intelligence:

a. Identification and analysis of new filters released by our customers / competitors – monthly

b. News on filtration and automotive – trend recognition – monthly

i. Search for new articles and studies on the world of automotive and automotive filtration

ii. Investigate customers and competitor’s activity (JV, acquisitions, mergers, new product lines, financial reports)

iii. Identifying trends and external influences on AL

iv. Preparing a monthly report of all the news and changes with conclusions and recommendations for management

4. Sales team support:

a. Responding to customer queries about marketing information for filters

b. Issuing catalogs and reports on demand from sales team

c. Customization of company presentations for meetings with different customers

Requirements:

? English – very high level

? Office – very high excel level and good PPT skills

? Personal qualities – open minded, willing to perform complicated yet monotonic tasks, very precise and responsible at task completion, communicative and energetic, able to work independently as part of a global team
