Job description 工作职责

●   Develop and implement operation procedures and management system related to EHS, keep up-to-date with proposed and actual changes in environmental regulations so that the organization’s EHS policies remain current and relevant.

制定公司环境、职业健康和安全的操作规程、管理制度，收集相关的环境、职业健康和安全的法规及标准，并定期更新。

●   Set up ISO14001 & ISO45001 management system, always readiness for certificate audit by the third partners, and effective for company business.

负责ISO14001 & ISO45001体系的建立、认证、运营和维护工作, 时刻准备第三方的认证审核并确保公司运营的有效性。

●   Maintain positive relationships with the local community, environmental groups, or other stakeholders who are impacted by, or interested in, the environmental and safety performance of the organization (eg. Fire prevention, safety production supervision, environmental protection, police, health management, special equipments management) in order to make sure that the organization is running legally.

负责与政府对应职能部门对接（如：消防、安监、环保、公安、卫生、特种设备监督管理局等），确保企业合规经营。

●   Conduct safety team to implement and yearly review EHS projects such as Environmental impact assessment, health assessment, safety assessment, safety standardization; Follow up the internal and external audit about EHS.

组织工厂安全小组配合EHS项目的推行，包括环评、卫评、安评、安标的建立以及年度评审；跟进内部及外部的EHS审核。

●   Conduct safety audits and on-site inspections to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices or working conditions.

实施安全审核，现场检测并识别工作场所安全因素及设备的安全性。

●   Implement waste management programmers.

负责全厂的环境安全问题，废弃物、垃圾的监督和管理。

●   Make records related to safety production, collect data; establish, maintain and evaluate hidden danger database regularly.

做好安全生产中规定资料的记录、收集、整理和保管。建立并维护安全隐患数据库，并定期进行评估分析。

●   Work out and implement contingency plan, e.g. fire drill.

编制应急预案并推进实施，如：消防演习。

●   Responsible for health management and risk control (e.g. major hazard and Environmental factor monitoring, occupational factor declaration etc.)

负责公司职业健康管理及风险控制（重大危险源和环境因素监控、职业病因素申报等）。

●   Responsible for PPE daily management and regular check.

PPE日常管理及定期检查工作。

●   Fully guide, conduct and follow up daily safety management; Responsible for EHS training to new comers and suppliers.

全面指导、组织、安排、跟进公司日常安全管理工作，负责公司员工、新进员工和供应商的EHS知识培训包括消防、个人防护、安全管理、职业健康防护等。

●   Manage relevant certificates of employment and arrange yearly review. (e.g. safety production management certificate, forklift operator certificate, elevator management certificate, fire prevention management certificate, welder certificate etc.)

负责建立、健全公司合规运营所需的相关从业人员证书的体系（如：安全生产责任人及安全管理员证、叉车操作员证、电梯管理员证、消防管理员证、焊接工证等），负责证书的收集和维护，并定期安排已有证书的复审和缺失证书的取证。

●   Set up special equipments management system; organize regular inspection and calibration of special equipments and relevant safety accessories.

建立、健全并有效运行公司特种设备管理体系，组织特种设备和安全部件的定期检测和校验。

●   Monitor and evaluate the organization’s overall EHS performance to identify recurring problems; research, evaluate, and recommend changes to technology, equipment, systems, or processes that will improve the organization’s EHS performance.

负责EHS专业检查和审核并确认纠正措施，安全事故的预防、调查及处理。

●   Weekly 5S Audit report & monthly EHS report.

完成每周5S报告及EHS报告。

• Other jobs assigned by the leader.

Profile requirement 任职资格

●   Bachelor degree related to environmental and safety.

环境、安全相关本科及以上学历。

●   Min. 3 years EHS management experience.

3年以上的环境安全管理工作经验。

●    Certified Safety Engineer is preferred.

有注册安全工程师证书者优先考虑。

●   Good organizational and team work skills

 有较强的组织能力、协调能力和团队合作意识。
