Testing program support and improvement

? Work as the first contact  to provide technical support to suppliers and coordinate the testing activities with the third party laboratories as needed.

? Familiar to the every detail of the testing processes and databases, and capable to be the operation backup if needed. Provide trainings to QA new comers for the testing function. 

? Involve in represtative item seletion process by coordinating or preparing the selection list to suppliers for laboratory testing.

? Proactively identify gaps & difficulty or processes needs improvement. Work with US testing team for the continuous improvement of Lowe’s testing program.

? Support quality management information system development and rollout according to the timeline.

Execute and support QA strategic plans to ensure quality function meet or exceed customer’s expectations

? Review the inspection reports, provide technical support and disposition for daily fail/pending inspections as needed. 

? Review the quality assessment reports, issue and follow up the disposition of factory, provide technical support to suppliers for the corrective action of quality system and continuous improvement. 

? Liaise with production engineer team and suppliers for a close-loop corrective action process and drive for continuous improvement of product quality.

? Project management with the purpose of QA program improvement. Organize and maintain quality data resource, sharing good practices, provide guidelines and supervision with QA specialist and AA team mates to support the task

Monitor testing performance and drive for continuous improvement  

? Lead and coordinate testing activities/projects with internal teams, 3rd party service provider, vendor/factory to ensure the testing events/projects are organized and executed as per QA’s requirement. 

? Responsible for vendor and 3rd party service provider performance tracking and program progress monitoring for testing.  Have the ability to identify abnormal phenomenon and potential risk; raise awareness and seek for the solutions. 

? Communicate and guide 3rd party service provider to do continuous improvement.

? Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other technical sciences is required. 

? 5+ years working experience in the field of quality assurance, quality control, product safety and design evaluation. Familiar with manufacturing and quality processes.

? Familiar with International safety standards including ASTM-F963, CPSIA, FCC, UL, RoHS, etc. 

? Good knowledge of ISO9000/TS16949 and quality tools.

? Strong communication skills in all directions of upstream, downstream and lateral as well as cross offices locations.

? Good Presentation skills. 

? Strong oral and written communication skills with fluent English and local language.
