• Primarily responsible for executing and supporting QA strategic plans in order to ensure quality functions meet or exceed customer’s expectations.

•  Responsible for monitoring vendor and 3rd party service provider performance; support greater QA Management team to streamline operation process and do continuous improvement; supporting GQM system development and maintenance; coordinate with cross-function team and cross-office teams; promote collaboration and teamwork to achieve on time program success.
• Work closely with 3rd party service provider, vendor/factories, cross-function teams, and cross-office teams in order to ensure quality functions meet or exceed customer’s needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in QA related function
• Strong oral and written communication skills with fluent English and local language.
• Good  communication skills and driving collaboration   
• Organized, accurate and detail-oriented ·        
• Effective email and telephone communication ·        
• Teamwork approach and good interpersonal skills with different offices   
• Familiar with MS Excel tool operation
