一、主要职责Key Responsibilities

1、负责电机产品的电磁设计及电磁仿真分析，确保电机产品的性能满足客户要求。 

1. Be responsible for the electromagnetic design and electromagnetic simulation analysis of motor products to ensure that the performance of motor products meet customer requirements. 

2、负责竞争对手产品的对标分析，确保电磁方案的技术先进性。 

2, Responsible for competitor product benchmarking analysis, to ensure the progressiveness of electromagnetic design. 3、配合实验室完成样机性能测试和数据整理分析。 

3. Cooperate with the laboratory to complete the prototype performance test and data analysis. 

4、负责使用主流电磁软件对电机性能进行仿真分析，同时能联合其他仿真软件对电机本体进行热、电磁、振动噪声耦合场分析。 

4. Be responsible for the simulation analysis of motor performance using mainstream electromagnetic software. Could combine other simulation software to analyze the NVH, thermal, electromagnetic coupling field of the motor body. 

5、参与电机生产跟踪，参与解决加工生产过程中发生的相关问题；与公司其他部门进行技术沟通，提供技术支持。 

5. Participate in motor production tracking, solve related problems in the process of processing and production; communicate with other departments of the company and provide technical support.

6、编写、绘制、校对各类电机产品开发文件，包括但不限于BOM、DFEMA、电磁设计书、MAP图、工程图纸等。 

6. Prepare, draw and proofread all kinds of motor product development documents, including but not limited to BOM, DFMEA, electromagnetic design document, MAP, 2D drawing, etc. 

7、完成领导交予的其他工作。 

7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.    

二、任职资格Qualifications

1、研究生及以上学历、力学、电机、振动和噪声相关专业

1、Bachelor degree or above；Major in electrical machinary, electrical engineering or related major

2、熟练使用Maxwell、Motor CAD、Actran、Nastran、LMS Test.Lab等软件

2、Proficient in Maxwell、Motor CAD、Actran、Nastran、LMS Test.Lab and other software

3、3年以上永磁同步电机电磁设计经验，熟悉铁芯、绕组制造工艺，熟悉常用钕铁硼、铁氧体、等磁性材质的性能，熟悉常用硅钢片、电磁线、绝缘纸、绝缘漆、热敏电阻, 旋转变压器的选型。 

3、More than 3 years experience in electromagnetic design of permanent magnet synchronous motor, familiar with manufacturing process of iron core and winding, familiar with performance of magnetic materials such as neodymium iron boron, ferrite, familiar with selection of commonly used silicon steel sheet, electromagnetic wire, insulating paper, insulating paint, thermistor and resolver.
