1.     Responsible for monthly/quarterly/year end closing, and provided full sets of Financial Statements efficiently and effectively;

2.     In charge of full set of books and accounts, including but not limited to Cash, AR/AP, Assets, Liabilities, etc; 

3.     Assist in preparation and monitoring of company budget.

4.     Preparation of cash flow forecast weekly

5.     In charge of preparation and review of tax reports and returns including but not limited to corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes and other taxes and surcharges; 

6.     Liaison with external parties to maintain proper relationships, including external/internal auditors for financial statements auditing; banks, local government authorities, etc.;  

7.     Deal with all accounting related tasks when necessary and upon management’s requests; 

8.     Be able to manage and coach accounting team members;

Qualification Required：

1. Less than 45 years old;

2. University graduate with accounting degree and 3-5 year management experience；

3. Quick learner and be able to multi-tasks；

4. Strong analytical skills and computer skills; 

5. Must be a team player and be able to work independently as well;

6. Skilled written English and oral English is good;

7. Be able to work under pressure and goal oriented.
