- Maintain, monitor and expedite orders by interfacing directly with Planning and Sourcing 

- Maintain current documentation and files as per established procedures and policies 

- Responsible for the coordination and disposition of shipments to ensure material is shipped in a timely manner to overseas destinations 

- Communi Responsible to analyze and resolve customer requests, inquiries or problems 

- Act as sales liaison between our internal and external customers to provide professional and proper response to all products and order related inquiries as required Minimum B.A. or B.S Degree 

- MUST have excellent English communication skill, both written & oral. (Minimum CET-4) 

- Must possess proficient software skills such as Microsoft Office - Word, Excel… (Knowledge of ERP system, esp. BPCS preferred) 

- Minimum one year of working experience related to customer service or logistics or order handling 

- Must possess excellent communication skill, be patient, professional and courteous 

- Must be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively

   路线2(昆山市区方向)： 科博馆-广元门诊-太湖路-木瓜路-东城大道金融大道口-浦园-蔡家-赵屯小学公交站-公司 (7:20--8:40)

   路线3(青浦城区方向)：世纪联华-清溪电影院-东方商厦-章浜-浦仓路-桂花园-青浦新城地铁站4号口-公司 (8:10--8:40)

2. 公司正常上班时间： 周一~周五 8:30--17:00 或 8:45--17:15
