职位描述
1. FP&A and Reporting (Financial Planning & Analysis) (Weight 35%)
- Hands on FP&A work and close to business.
- Provide business advice.
- Prepare annul budget, planning and different business and financial analysis to assist in company growth.
- Prepare variation reports on revenues, pricing, profitability versus financial plans, including understanding
of key variances, impact on overall achievement of Budget and forecast.
- Provide recommendations / guidelines / tools to enhance internal control processes for efficiency or risk
mitigation.
- Assist in preparing periodic reporting for CFO to help with planning and budgetary decisions.
2. SAP and Accounting (Weight 30%)
- Interact with Finance and Treasure on the bookings / entries related to Customers, Suppliers, General
Ledgers, etc.
- Initiate possible action plans for corrections or improvements.

SAP BW report review and primary data entries / maintenance.
3. Contract Review and Legal Cases (Weight 25%)
- Sales or purchase contract reviews and provide feedbacks.
- Legal actions and court cases.
4. Project Controlling (Weight 10%)
- Project budget setup and cost control.
- Participate the tendering process for big projects.
